According to the article created by Stephanie Vozza, there are four different personality types and they all find motivation different. Personally, I classify my self as two of the described personality types. The first one being questioner, because I can never ask enough questions rather it be at work, or even in the class. The second personality type being upholder. I love to be on time for things and to have a routine. Without these two things I almost feel lost. However there is another side to upholder, they usually complete everything on time, and I can agree with that to a point but I cant completely say I do everything on time.

Brett Guillaume is attending his first year at Pima Community where he is interested in engineering. Although he has yet to declare a major, he's considering industrial or mechanical engineering. In high school, Brett took one year of automotive class and determined that he wants to focus on the design portion of cars, which lead him to taking engineering class for two years. From taking engineering classes in high school, Brett determined that he wanted to study engineering in college. In the future, Brett hopes to become an successful engineer.
